I'm Sanjay Pandaram. I spent over twenty years in finance, at Macquarie, Citibank, Lloyds and Commonwealth Bank, and I'm a qualified CPA. That's the grounding behind everything I'll teach you.

I've also built businesses of my own, and I made plenty of mistakes along the way. I'd rather hand all of that over than keep it to myself. I teach the live tutorials personally, every week, so you're learning this from someone who has actually done the work, not reading it from a manual.

A Few Quick Answers

Do I need a finance or business background?

No. Most people who do well at this don't come from finance. The whole point of the program is to teach you the craft from the ground up, step by step. If you can learn and you're willing to do the work, you can do this.

Can I do this around my job?

Yes. Most people start while they're still working, and that's exactly how it's meant to go. You don't quit anything to begin. You build your agency alongside your job over the twelve weeks, then take it full-time when you're ready.

How much time do I need to put in?

This is a real commitment, and that's the point. It's a structured 12-week program, not a course you watch whenever you feel like it. Each week there's a recorded module to get through and a live tutorial that you're expected to show up to. The live tutorials are the engine. They're where you get unstuck and stay in step, so they're not optional. The program moves week by week and you move with it. Show up, do the work, and in twelve weeks you've launched. If you want to dabble, this isn't for you. If you're serious about building something, it's built for you.

Do I need a licence?

It depends on your state. Some states need one, some don't. We walk you through exactly how it works in Week Twelve, so you'll know where you stand and what to do about it. Holding the right licence for your state is your responsibility, and plenty of people already have it sorted.

What does it cost to get started?

To begin as an agent, very little. A laptop, a phone and your time. You're not buying the businesses yourself, your clients are, so there's no big capital to put up. The one cost that's yours is registering your company and holding the right licence for your state, which varies and isn't included.

Two things sit with you, and plenty of people already have them sorted: registering your company and holding the right licence for your state. We walk you through it in Week Twelve, but that part is yours to do, not ours. There's no income guarantee and no client guarantee. What I can promise is the skill, and the agency built around it, ready to go.
